The Story of Pregoneros

As a child I began my musical training in a foundation that would change my life in every way, that would give me the opportunity to study, as well as set goals and dreams in a discipline with which I felt very happy. Not only because it fed my mind, but also because it filled my heart and endowed me with such sensitivity that there was no other way to get ahead, but by smiling, doing things with love and always rescuing that human side, that emotional factor. how much good it does us when we live together in society.
For a girl who has grown up in a family with various economic difficulties and with domestic problems of violence, it is often difficult to have the possibility of continuing with her academic training, having a future different from the usual reality or building goals and dreams backed by a solid academic foundation.
However, the Batuta Foundation was that opportunity to get to know a new world, to discover that music could become my life project and that of thousands of other children. It was a motivation for me to realize that by attending classes at the music center I was learning scales, harmony, rhythms from my country and music written several thousand years ago, but that I was also learning to listen, to use my instrument as my means of expression, to work in a group, to communicate empathetically and to have fun and laugh with my classmates.
This project Pregoneros, is the opportunity to give back to life a little of all that I learned in Batuta, it is a way of saying thank you through an initiative whose main objective is to generate a communication space for children from communities marginal. Pregoneros means the possibility of sharing with other children those same opportunities that I had in my childhood, of discovering music, of playing and of finding a refuge through art to assume reality with different eyes, of listening and being listened to, of communicate.
